You will start working for an international company based in Barcelona. They are a pioneer in the research, development, and manufacturing of medical nutrition products for people with special needs. They currently sell their products in 26 different countries and are planning to expend this very soon.

Team description:

You will start working in a team of 5, each responsible for their own countries. It is a very dynamic team and a nice environment to work in. As it is a small team and company there are lots of opportunities. The open position will become its own department which will bring opportunities for you as well.

Job description:

• Support to the commercial department (invoicing follow-up, order management, support with customer follow-up, organization of trade fairs, events)
• Follow-up of commercial expenses.
• In this position you will report to the Business Development Manager

Minimum requirements:

• Business knowledge in Sales Support. A bachelor’s degree is a plus but not necessary
• You are fluent in English; Spanish is a plus but not required
• You are a team player who is involved in the company and with a high sense of responsibility. You know how to multitask and to prioritize.
• You are decisive, autonomous, you come up with solutions and have a commercial vocation
• Previous experience in the field sales support will be a plus.
• Good Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point).
