Our client, based in Sant Cugat, is currently recruiting for a self-starter Sales Support Administrator for the French market.
- Order & customer data processing (SAP) and monitoring
- Solving customer & sales team queries on a professional and high quality level
- Track orders and ensure service level and delivery deadlines are met
- Handle replacements, delays & a multitude of diverse issues
- Prepare information for invoicing
- Debt collection (first contact – friendly reminders)
- Ad hoc projects and analysis
- Native level of French + good command of Spanish
- Computer skills
- Commitment in your job and willing to do the extra work to contribute to the company’s development
- Service, customer and quality oriented
- Strong structure, organisational and prioritization skills. Precision in your work and analytical skills.
- Accurate work with great attention to details
- Ability to handle several tasks at the same time.
- Previous experience in a front office and back office function is a plus
- Friendly, positive and team player
- Mentally hard worker
- Ability to work independently and decision taking skills
- A fun and open-minded work environment

- Salary of 23.000€ / year + bonus
- Permanent position (6 months temporary contract + permanent)
