Sales Support Coordinator

The Company

For one of our clients, an international Shared Service Centre based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Coordinator.

The Job

In this role you will support the Key Account Directors in 13 countries all over Europe by researching and preparing relevant information and following up with the local business partners in charge of it. The main tasks include :

 

  • Analyze and prepare information and data of Key Accounts in Europe
  • Coordinate and propose concrete actions to be taken to the stakeholders
  • Follow up closely with stakeholders and update them regularly
  • Take the initative in various projects and tasks

 

The Profile

The ideal candidate has gained already first work experience and is a fast-learner.

  • Excellent level of English + additional European language is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills and not afraid of taking initiative
  • Pro-active and humble
  • Strong organization skills and reliable
  • High business acumen
  • Able to work without a lot of guidance
  • Very good Team-player
