Sales Team Leader Supervisor + Dutch Swedish Norwegian Danish Finnish

Are you a good communicator and do you have experience in managing teams? Do you like IT and would you like to excel together with your team and achieve your goals? If you have a Native level of Swedish/Dutch/Danish/Finnish or Norwegian, have a look!

Our client is a very well-known multinational company, operating in the IT sector and for one of their offices in Barcelona they are looking for multilingual talent. Currently they are looking for a dynamic person to lead the team for Nothern Europe.

As a Team Leader, your responsibilities include:
- Developing, supervising, training and evaluating the workflow of your team
- Achieving budget, meeting your SLA’s, expanding sales and reaching goals
- KPI’s planning and follow-up
- Leading and motivating your team and increasing its productivity
- Interviewing candidates and hiring successful new team members

Key Languages:
- Native level of Dutch / Swedish / Norwegian / Finnish or Danish
- Excellent level of English 
- Spanish would be a plus

Core Skills/Experience:
- At least one year of proven experience in managing sales or customer service teams
- Experience in project and quality management
- University degree 
- Goal-oriented
- Proactivity and flexibility
- Capable of working under pressure
