SAP (CPL) German Customer Service

Job Description

Some duties: 

  • Manage customer expectations
  • Assist the customer with queries relating to system access and downloading software
  • Evaluate how the customer’s technical issue affects daily business processes
  • Point of contact for Premium Support customers

 

Education & Experience:

  • Any degree
  • Interest in IT
  • From 1 year of experience in Customer Service / Technical Support

 

Skills:

  • Ability to multi‐task and perform effectively under pressure
  • Detailed, organized and results oriented
  • Enthusiasm, strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively explain a solution to a customer's problems
  • Flexibility with working hours

 

Languages:

  • German --> Fluent
  • English --> Flulent

 

Other useful information:

  • Contract Type: 12 months contract with CPL + review to extend
  • Salary: 27.000€ 

  • Shifts: Late shift on average one week in every 5 weeks: from 3pm – 11pm. Rest of the time it is normal day shift

  • Start Date: asap

  • Location: SAP Galway. ParkMore Business Park. East of Galway

  • Interview process: 2 phone or f2f interviews
