By keeping uo to date with thenew offers, services and campaigns to provide the customer with the best possible service.Directing your positive energy to all chats and emails, assisiting our customers with any inqueries they mighthave. No day looks the same in this role and that’s what makes it exciting. Sharing your ideas to keep improving our system, and making sure the companystay on top of the game is important to them, so providing valuable feedback to Team Leaders is a significant part of your role. Occasionally, you’ll be taking on side tasks, like translating their material from English to the languages you are fluent in, and keeping the Knowledge base freshand up to date. 



•You speak Norwegian on a fluentlevel and have good English

•You wish to learn more about sports and casino

•You are analytical and can solve complex problems

•Maybe you already have experience from the service industry?

•You can muktitask and like to help people

•You are professional when it comes to communicating with customers

•You are thirsty to learn and contribute with ideas to make improvements


Work conditions

•Full time position

•Salary: 23000 euros annually + bonus

•Working hours: rotative shifts between 8.45am –10.15pm, 5 days between Monday and Sunday, no night shifts

•You will know your schedule two weeks in advance
