French Senior Customer Service Executive

Your challenge 

Your role will be to provide second level user support. It will be your role to step in when first level support engineers are unable to provide solutions and a more experienced, skilled person is required. Therefore, we are looking for an individual who already has a certain level of knowledge and experience to offer and who is eager to work for one of the world’s best recognised Tech companies to add to this experience. Some of your daily tasks will include:

  • Troubleshooting typical user issues
  • Communicating with users via both phone and email about their issues/queries
  • Reporting resolutions or escalate issues that cannot be resolved with the helpdesk resources 
  • Mentoring newly hired engineers

Your resume 

  • Fluent in French/Canadian and English 
  • Pervious experience with online chat
  • Great customer service skills 
  • Google apps experience desired – domain certification would be a bonus! 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Ability to prioritise work load and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strong systems 
  • Ability to work well with others and operated as a cohesive member of a team
  • Fully flexible for rotational shifts between 3pm-3am
