Senior General Ledger

Job Description

Working as a Senior Financial Analyst in GL Accounting, your role will require using your strong understanding in R2R along with knowledge of KPI’s and SLA in a challenging new role in Krakow, Poland.

This is a highly specialist role and would be perfectly suited for someone with extensive experience in a similar area. The successful candidate would be educated to degree level, with experience handling fixed assets, experience in payroll accounting, and in depth knowledge of month close journals.

The successful applicant would be an excellent problem solver, good with numbers, analytically minded with fantastic communication skills, and a professional demeanour.

Job Specification

Fluency in written and verbal English & Czech is essential, along with strong end to end understanding in R2R, with knowledge of KPIs and SLA, per client requirements. In depth knowledge of month close journals and reconciliation of balance sheet accounting and sub accounts is also essential. The ability to adhere to quality as per the COPC requirements is desired.

The successful candidate will have the knowledge to handle fixed assets, and experience in payroll accounting and income receivable reconciliations.

A degree level education in Commerce, or a qualification of a similar level is essential, along with extensive experience with GL Accounting, and a full understanding on the basics of accounting knowledge. Good knowledge of MS Office applications is also desired, with intermediate to high level proficiency in MS-Excel.

Knowledge of consolidated financials and assisting in preparation of cash flow, direct and indirect, with experience of seamless SLA conformance and GAAP knowledge. The successful applicant will be disciplined, focused, with the ability to prioritize workloads, manage deadlines, and deliver according to set goals and targets.
