Senior IT Consultant (m/f) in Maastricht with German and English

Job Description

Our client is a well-known international car manufacturer and its Customer Service Center is the central point of contact in Europe, caring for the needs of current and prospective customers.

Our client is currently seeking to hire a Senior IT Consultant (m/f) in Maastricht with the following language combination: German & English

 

 


Main task/roles/responsibilities:

  • Manage the business partner’s demands as Business relationship manager
  • Support the business partners in the optimization of business processes by means of information technology as Business Consultant
  • Manage specifications of the requirements as input for the service delivery process as Requirements Engineer
  • Manage IT related projects as Project leader
  • Keep informed on developments in the areas of IT, telecom, CRM and call center management. Use this knowledge to advice management and business partners on opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness by means of ICT
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement of processes and procedures within and beyond the IT department
  • Act as contact partner for external suppliers
  • Maintain a good working relationship with your IT colleagues and Business partners across all management and throughout the entire organisation

 

 

 

Your profile:

 

  • University degree or higher-vocational (HBO) in computer science or related field or a combination of related experience and education
  • At least five years of working experience as IT Consultant in a senior position
  • Excellent German language skills, preferably on a (near-) native level
  • Fluent in English (corporate language)
  • Have demonstrable and thorough knowledge of project management methods, preferable PMI, alternatively Prince2 or any other method
  • Experience with contact center management is a pre.
  • Generic project team management experience
  • Customer oriented
  • Ownership and flexibility
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proven ability to be flexible and work accurate and hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressure environment with changing priorities
  • Experience in sales processes and process automation
  • Experience in Siebel(Oracle) Sales is a preference
  • Willingness to travel
