We are looking to grow our team with the appointment of a Senior Recruitment Consultant – Partner. This role is based in our offices in Manchester, Princess Street.


Role Description


This is a dynamic and challenging role; not for the faint hearted! You will partner with the Directors and team members, working together to drive the business forward. The purpose is to increase the client base and to maximise sales revenue. You will want to work for a small, entrepreneurial company, with all the risks and possibilities that entails! Ideally, in the medium-longer term the aim is that you will become a deserved partner/stakeholder in the business. If you have a background filling sales jobs, language recruitment, digital recruitment, media recruitment, or market research recruitment then this would be particularly of interest to us.


-Recruitment Sales, proactive hands on

-High levels of lead generation through online and offline research and cold calling (although at present we have plenty of existing business for you to take on)

-Telephone calling to gather information, contact decision-makers and sell recruitment services to clients

-Face to face canvassing and networking to build contacts and win business

-Resourcing and interviewing candidates to fill bookings

-Driving sales and maximising revenue generated


Person Specification


-You are a sales person, with a persuasive and consultative approach and a set of business ethics that puts integrity at the forefront.

-You are looking to be part of an exciting project and understand the role requires a hands-on approach with high levels of sales through business development and candidate resourcing; as the business progresses your role will develop and you will be responsible for hiring and growing your own team.

-You will want to be appreciated and rewarded, and not just a number in an organisation.

-You should be intelligent, resourceful and highly proactive – a driver!

-You should be able to keep calm and continue when things are tough.

- You will work ethically, you’ll be tough and resilient, but you’re ‘nice’, easy to get along with and enjoy doing things for others.

-Stable work history, successful track record
