Service Desk Administrator with Danish or Swedish

Job Description

Currently on behalf of our Client, big international IT consulting company, we are looking for enthusiastic candidates for the position of:

Service Desk Administrator with Danish or Swedish

Work place: Gdansk, Poland  

As an ideal candidate you need to be fluent in Danish or Swedish, have very good language skills in English and some IT background (1 year experience on a service desk is preferred). To be successful on this position you should possess great communication skills, be service driven, positive minded and have good affinity with IT technology. It would be preferable, if you have knowledge of: Windows 7, SCCM, Active Directory, Office 2010 up to 365, Sharepoint, remote desktop tooling, networks.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Service ticket creation, assignment, categorization, prioritization, escalation, tracking, closure and feedback as per defined SLA in the SOW
  • Follow KEDBs, Wikis for resolving technical issues and follow the defined processes (SOPs/SOWs) while attempting to resolve the incidents
  • Identifying the trend of calls/ tickets and highlighting it to L2/TL as applicable for outage confirmation
  • Creating child tickets and  tagging them with problem ticket
  • Tracking resolution and updating KB
  • Callback the user and confirm resolution (wherever applicable)
  • Prepare incident MIS as per requirements
  • Ticket re-assignment to PRG's if ticket unresolved by L2 (wherever applicable)
  • Routing/ Chasing of tickets with other PRG's
  • Proactive Remedy Queue Management
  • Receive calls, e-mails, messages during the assigned period and adhere to break schedules and use the appropriate Aux as applicable
