Service Desk Agent – Spanish and Italian Speaking

Job Description

On behalf of our multinational partner we are looking for a Service Desk Agent with fluent Spanish and Italian knowledge. If you would like to be a member of a multicultural company who is one of the market leaders in the field of technology service, than do not hesitate to grab this opportunity.

The aim of the position is to take care of all IT users from the companies’ clients, provide them technical assistance and high level of technical problem resolution via e-mail and telephone. The main tasks are the following:

  • Taking ownership and responsibility for problems of client’s technical issues
  • Resolve or forward problems in connection with software, hardware, telephony as soon as possible
  • Answering calls offered to Service Desk queues and being responsible for managing the ticket queues
  • Analyzing requests and problems, suggest possible solutions, developing ideas for it
  • Maintaining a high level of Quality Customer Service
  • Providing detailed documentation in call logging system
  • Increasing knowledge base by passing new issue resolution information to the relevant parties


  • Good command of Spanish, Italian and English knowledge
  • Experience in working with customers or in an international environment is a huge advantage
  • Customer orientated approach
  • Analytical and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid EU work permit
