SHARED DESK CONSULTANT WITH DUTCH AND ENGLISH

Job Description

Responsibilities

Inbound voice, e-mail and chat customer service for several of TELUS’s customers
Occasionally support the customers with requested translations for the site or newsletters
Providing product information, payment methods and discount inquiries, delivery questions
Process delivery issues, returns, refunds, invoice requests
Answering customer questions sent by mail, liaising with the internal departments of the client,
with the transporters and the warehouses
 
 
Knowledge & Requirements
Fluency in Dutch
Very good level in English
Excellent communication skills
Friendly, vivacious personality with demonstrated experience owning customer issues
Self-motivated, target driven and outgoing person
Previous client relations experience it will be considered as a plus
