Social Media Sales Agent (Italian)

The Job.

In this role, you will be a Sales Agent for one of the most well known social media companies worldwide. 
Your main responsibilities are:
– Contacting new and existing customers via telephone and email on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities;
– Acquiring new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) space
– Consulting with clients to provide the best solution for their business goal and use existing client data to provide custom recommendations tailored to client goals
– Qualifying business to be handed over to a team of skilled account managers with the goal to increase
the customer’s revenue
– Use a variety of tools including MS Excel, Salesforce and others to research, communicate and sell to the customer

The Profile.

– You have a native level of Italian + a good level of English (at least B2)
– You have previous B2B Sales experience
– You have good knowledge of the Italian market
– You have business acumen and good negotiation skills
– You have a strong sales drive and do not give up attitude
– You are motivated, reliable and committed in your work
– You have a drive for excellence and professionalism
– You have excellent communication skills
– You are a real team player and willing to work with many other nationalities

The Offer.

– Type of contract: a long term fixed-term contract, renewable every year
– Working hours: 40h/week (8h/day) from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:00
– Salary conditions* – 2 options:
a) Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 949€ gross/month
b) Excluding accommodation: 1202€ gross/month

– Private health insurance after 6 months of contract (additionally to standard insurance)
Relocation support for international candidates:
– Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months
– Airport pick up
– Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
– Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrival.

*Compensation during training period if successful (from 1 to 4 weeks): 50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes)
