Social Media Support for Music downloads/Web player

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives (m/w) in field of Social Media Support for Music downloads/Web player with the following language combinations: English + German / French / Swedish or Dutch


Our client is a global provider of world class innovative, analytics-driven business solutions and services looking for Social Media Support for the location in Sofia.



Main responsibilities:


- Delivering an experience to every customer, meeting the service standards
- Achieve all agreed KPI’s
- Work pro-actively to ensure potential issues are escalated appropriately
- Work as part of the team to ensure a positive and professional environment
- Provide support in projects and initiatives as and when required



Your Profile:


- Fluency in English (C1)

- Fluency in one of the following languages: German / French / Swedish or Dutch (C1)

- Good written and verbal skills

- Ideally at least 1 year of relevant professional experience

- Computer literacy

- Good understanding of customer satisfaction

- Logical approach to problem solving

- Ability to prioritize, analyze, plan and coordinate on high volumes

- Ability to adapt to different situations and needs

- Ability to work on own initiative as well as to work in a team
