Solution Coach (Danish)

The Company

For our business in Lisbon, Portugal we are currently looking for a Quality Analyst (Solution Coach) (male/ female) for the Danish Market. This person will be responsible for ensuring continuous training of employees based on the organizational and individual needs. This position should ensure that quality procedures are documented, audited and maintained for a World leading IT manufacturer.

The Job

- Evaluates daily key performance indicators (KPI) and develops improvement needs
- Responsible for comprehensive regular analysis of customer satisfaction
- Providing individual coaching feedback sessions to the direct reports and weekly one on ones that focus on improving customer satisfaction
- Ensures Quality and Training staff constantly meet the required level of expertise
- Manages and motivates the team members 

The Profile

- Native level in Danish
- Good level of English
- Motivated and positive mindset
- Efficiency and organization skills 
- Team spirit
- Passion to service end-customers (B2C)
- Excellent communication skills & high focus on customer satisfaction

The Offer

- Contract as from the first day of training (training is paid 100%) 
- Full time job (40h/week), Monday-Friday (8 am - 17 pm)

- 30 days of probation period
