Spanish Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for a Spanish Customer Service Advisor who has a real passion for customer service and want to gain valuable working experience abroad.

The job is located in Greece and the client that we represent is one of the global leader in Customer Relationship Management in the European market.

Responsibilities of the role:

·         Provide help and advice to customers

·         Answering queries and offering information over the phone and via email

  • Handling customer queries in a timely, effective and efficient manner
  • Perform diagnosing, troubleshooting and solving problems for customers
  • Escalate issues to the other support teams when needed
