Spanish speaking Reservations Team Leader

The Client
 
Our client is a well positioned international company operating in the luxury travel industry.  Due to the substantial growth of their business, they are now looking to recruit a talented, driven and enthusiastic Spanish and English speaking Reservations Team Leader for their Malta office. 
 
 
Key Responsibilities
 
• Service and process new and existing reservations from Travel Partners
• Achieve revenue expectations and maximise revenue opportunities
• Research and resolve first level contact for escalated calls until the resolution of complex issues
• Guide and direct initiatives as well as providing feasible updates for team members on ongoing actions and activities
• Sales/Service coaching with team members
• Assisting with call scoring and marking calls to maintain high quality service levels
• Providing guidance and support to new recruit along the training programme 
• Supporting Contact Centre Supervisor with recruitment
• Checking if set service levels are achieved, investigate if not
 
Requirements
 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English languages are a must. 
• Should have contact centre experience to effectively guide and lead the contact centre team 
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver to tight deadlines 
• Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative
• Be friendly, approachable and assured whilst being assertive when required 
• Be a natural net-worker, influencer and relationship builder
• Be creative,  with a pragmatic approach to problem solving
