What will you do in this job?
As part of the multilingual Spanish Technical Team it will be your job to Work closely with your fellow colleagues in the technical help desk department to help and solve any hardware/software issues customers may be having. If any technical issues persist you will need to transfer them to second level IT Department with the office for resolution. Lastly you will be responsible for tracking calls and documenting them in order to help in future training programs as well as to help yourself in the future with any issues.

With employing over 500 people and winning awards based on their good service, they are currently looking for Spanish speaking Technical Support to aid them in their expansion. Who are we looking for?
For this Technical Support job we are looking for you to have a near native level of Spanish and have a good level of English - not forgetting that you will need to have excellent communication skills in both Spanish & English. You will need to have some previous experience either in a technical help desk and/or call center - 6 months - 1 years' experience would be good as you will also receive training once you have started the job.
You know your way around desktops & laptops, you are comfortable with working with a number of different servers and MS Office is a specialty of yours.

Interview & Salary
The interview process for this Spanish speaking Technical Support has a number of stages, i.e. phone interview, a face-to-face interview, and a technical evaluation to test your Technical skills.
Your salary is dependent on the experience you bring to this Spanish Technical Support job, but you could be looking at earning in 4900 Zloty per month (gross). However, there are a number of benefits such as life insurance and leisure vouchers etc. and there is also relocation support that if needed can be supplied. The salary will be confirmed in the interview process.
