Strategic CRM Manager

Strategic CRM-Manager to expanding iGaming company

Do you want to take on an exiting role within CRM at our expanding iGaming client? We are now looking for an experienced CRM Manager with a good feel for what makes casino and Sportsbook players tick. 


How’s your workday?

You plan and launch new strategies to increase retention and customer loyalty within the whole range of brands currently operating within the company. A lion part of your focus will be on customer segmentation towards existing players to make them stay and of course make deposits. At your hands you have tools like emailTM and various online resources. Summarised are you in charge of the entire process from panning, coordinating and to actually send out the offers. You will also map how new customers are entering the sites and how their on-site traffic patterns look like. Data reports and Excel is your best friends when it comes to evaluate campaign success rates.


Apart from this will you also act as project manager and oversee the development of the company’s CRM operations. Since you’re the one that has the best feel for what the players want and how the experience your brands are you advising other departments internally on how to excel in their work. You report directly to Head Of CRM with frequent KPI reports.


Summarized is your work divided into three parts:


Promotion Campaign Management (conversion and reactivation)

  • Setting up all customer promotions for CRM purposes.
  • Create customer segmentation lists.
  • Ensure timely translations for localized campaigns.
  • Execute campaigns.


Retention Campaign Management

  • Analyze the automated customer communication
  • Recommend best practice communication
  • Monitor and collect findings
  • Report on performance


  • Optimize graphic layout of campaigns
  • Increase deliverability of all campaigns
  • Identifying and setting up of new and effective customer communication channels

We need someone with the ability to collect and analyse data and also draw conclusions on how to develop the CRM work. It’s therefore essential that you have a structured way of work ad and a nice sense for planning and good at prioritising. We assume that you are fluent in English.


We believe that 2-3 years experience from CRM is essential to succeed. Experience from acquisition, retention and loyalty functions is very meritorious.


Experience from marketing or sales will come in handy and be to your advantage. It is very beneficial if you have experience from the iGaming business or other online-based business such as ecommerce. Naturally are great skills in Excel essential, as you will work closely with frequent data reports.
