Subject Matter Expert with Danish

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Payroll Specialist to join our client’s payroll team in Prague

To be a specialist in the area of HR legislation
Ensure that payroll services are delivered according to the client’s legal and quality standards and in line with company processes
Maintain internal and external relationships with colleagues and clients
Provide continuous support for the Payroll Manager and training for junior associates 
Monitor payroll legislation and look to foresee any issues arising from changes to it

A minimum of five years’ experience in payroll production but this may be less if your experience is specifically from Denmark
First-class understanding of payroll policies and procedures
Fluent Danish and English with the ability to translate legal documents
Advanced knowledge of SAP is a must and knowledge of other CRM tools would be an advantage
Excellent client relationship skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines
Previous experience of training and mentoring junior team members would be preferred
