Your Challenge

You will be leading a team of Sales Representatives. You will be responsible for managing and reviewing the overall performance of the team. You will be the one responsible for the success of this team and ensuring their continuous development and improvement, while achieving the internal objectives set. This role will require a motivated individual with strong leadership skills. Some of your key responsibilities will be:
•    Being responsible for the team’s development, monitoring and evaluation
•    Daily management of the team, keeping with internal policies and KPIs
•    Working with managers, providing them with regular reports and updates on your team
•    Dealing with any problems or issues that your team members might be facing

Your Resume

•    Fluency in French and English
•    Previous experience managing teams in a telesales environment
•    Excellent leadership skills
•    Highly IT literate
