Due to the fast growth of our company we are looking as soon as possible at our location in Fürth for a Support / Specialist / Storage / French Market.

_are willing to assess customer requests via phone or e-Mail

_love supporting customers by creating and suggesting positive solution approaches
_support partners through self-enablement in the data storage arena

_possess qualified knowledge in treating and solving Support Tickets in 1st Level of contact

_have a high focus on quality and a sense of responsibility

You match us if you

_speak French and English fluently

_have a first degree or at least good IT experience

_are enthusiastic about IT – preferably data storage

   and network environments

_show innovation and good problem solving skills

_have excellent people relationship skills and strong communication

   skills at an executive level (verbal and written)

_are capable of working in a team environment

_demonstrate a high level of self-organisation
