The Swedish and Norwegian speaking Sales Executive is responsible for prospecting through cold-calling and following up on warm leads generated through the web, phone and emails. Business Development / Sales Executives must develop a pipeline and acquire new customers within their territory. The Swedish and Norwegian speaking Sales Executive expected to make a fair amount of outbound calls to prospect new customers, follow-up on leads not reached previously and support the company’s event marketing programs.
There will be opportunities to travel to clients, marketing or customer events, the annual Global Sales Training/Meeting in the US and the potential to attend a company paid Sales Award trip for top performers; great benefits such as paid Holidays, Paid Medical and Dental coverage and matching Pension Scheme. -Proactively sell Software Solutions to IT Managed Services Market and the Internal IT Service Market.
-Prospect for and identify new account opportunities to build a robust pipeline.
-Deliver effective presentations and manage the customer relationship from lead-inception to deal-close via telesales, internet-based tools and face-to-face networking opportunities.
-Sell directly to C-Level Executives and other decision-makers leading MSPs in the emerging and intermediate marketplace.
-Responsible for achieving monthly sales objectives / quotas.
-Employees may be required to perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
The Swedish and Norwegian speaking Sales Executive will have the following skills and experience:
-Minimum of 1+ years of successful B2B software or related services (e.g., selling concepts and/or value propositions of services such as recruitment, education, CRM, etc.) sales experience, e.g. inbound and/or outbound telemarketing / telesales /sales experience; passionate about business / sales.
-Educated to University-degree level or equivalent
-Must demonstrate consultative selling and closing skills, and have proven successful in developing new accounts.
-Ability to logically communicate technical information and ideas so that multiple decision-makers at all levels will understand.
-Demonstrated successful quota or sales objective attainment.
-Must possess a positive, professional phone demeanor.
-Must have high aptitude for learning and must be self-driven in a high-opportunity, fast-paced environment.
-Be able and willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
