As we said, we are looking for hunters, someone who likes the idea of researching for new business and working the entire sales cycle from A-Z. This is a job that can have you earning €30,000 basic gross per annum and between €50,000 -€60,000 OTE gross per annum.
What will you do in this job?
As the Business Development Representative you would be responsible for generating new leads and closing deals. Build and foster strong relationships with business clients. Some cold calling will be involved but that just gives you the opportunity to shine and show off your sales skills. You will also be the main point of contact for Swedish speaking clients, where you will provide them with complete product information. The same goes to any potential clients/customers too.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for near native Swedish speakers who also have a good level of English. You have between 2-3 years Sales experience in the areas such as telesales, inside sales and business development. Your hunting instinct comes naturally and you can't wait to pick up the phone again and again.

For this Swedish Business Development job you will receive a yearly salary €30,000 basic gross per annum and can expect to earn between €50,000 - €60,000 OTE gross per annum (uncapped commission - sky's the limit). In your second year, you can expect to earn more.
