Job Description
We are currently assisting our client in their search for a Swedish speaking Business Development Representative. The company is a leading provider of business intelligence solutions. They offer an initial training period, where you will be based in Sweden.
You will be contacting hot and cold leads, have consultative sales approach and present the solution to potential clients in Sweden.
Responsibilities
• Prospecting, lead generation and business development for 3 field based Account Executives
• Collaborate with Regional directors and Account executives to win new opportunities and grow the business
• Track and managing prospects through Salesforce.com
• Meeting and exceed monthly quota of 20 New Opportunities per month. Build Rapport and identify goals and SMART objectives of clients, qualify timeframes, decision making process, and key needs
• Participate in team meetings, networking, tradeshow events, and activities to grow the business
• Manage a prospect base consisting of specific target accounts in assigned territory
• Provide reports on all business development activities
• Execute creative lead generation telemarketing activities within the defined territory to increase awareness and interest
• Ability to initiate the first phase of the sales cycle, create awareness, interest identify the goal that can lead to a successful sale
• Ability to speak with high level executives
• Ability to overcome objections and effectively articulate a business message
Qualifications
• Business Fluent in English and Swedish
• Good phone based networking skills
• Strong productivity ethic and goal orientation
• Solution oriented approach to selling and excellent listening skills
• Proven excellent communication skills including the ability to ask direct questions
• Strong business acumen across various industries.
• Able to gain rapport on the phone and quickly gain trust with the prospects as well as the Account Executives.
• Excellent communication skills

• Eager to learn and continue learning.
