What will you do in this job?
As the newest recruit to this Multilingual team here in Bucharest - you will be responsible for taking all incoming calls from customers with issues and queries. You will need to escalate issues where necessary & update the customer database on issues for future training of new customer service reps.
You will need to actively keep yourself up to date on all the services and products that our client provides to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Our client nearly 15 years established now employing over 600 employees in the UK and Belfast is a technology and services provider. With this particular client looking for a number language speakers they are currently looking for a Swedish speaker to fill the position of customer service representative here in their new office here in Bucharest.

Who are we looking for?
For this multilingual customer service job here in Bucharest, we are looking for you to have a near native level of Swedish as well as a near native level in another European language + Excellent English. You have excellent communication skills in all 3 languages both verbal and written.
You have at least 1 year customer service experience & excellent empathy skills, you are flexible to work in shifts and you have top notch Computer skills.

Interview & Salary
The interview process for this Swedish customer service job is pretty simple - there is a phone interview along with a language check (Swedish) and if successful you will have 1 more phone/skype interview.
In terms of Salary you can expect to earn 4500 RON net per month. There a good relocation package of 7 nights stay in a hotel when you first arrive along with some travel costs reimbursed. We can talk more about this over the phone.
