Swedish Customer Service Ambassador

As a Customer Service Ambassador with a genuine passion for games, you will be communicating with our players - using chat & email to provide assistance and advice in an easy-going style. You will be part of our CS Ambassador Team who are our clients communication hub; listening to our players and acting as their voice to the business. Your team consists of experienced, like-minded Ambassadors with the right approach, willingness to learn and develop.

What you will do

You will be responsible for navigating our players through the “adventure” by providing industry leading support that is described as “out of this world”. This is a little taste of what that means:

  • Providing assistance, advice, life hacks and small talk with our players through live chat and email (no phone support)
  • Work in collaboration with other cross-functional teams such as - Responsible Gaming, AML, Payments, Loyalty
  • Contribute fresh new ideas, giving constructive feedback to keep improving how we work and exercising your creativity

Who you are

In a nutshell, you are imaginative, a bit quirky, have great people skills and ooze positive energy. As a CS Ambassador this also means you are:

  • Native in Swedish language skills
  • Curious about gaming
  • Quick on the keys with an optimistic-mindset
