Swedish Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Working within a contact centre environment, you will be providing Customer Service and cross or upsales to customers on behalf of a global Telecommunications project which will also see you as part of an extended team of some 170,000 people. You will assist by telephone and email regarding electronic products as well general enquiries. This is a great opportunity to work within a fast moving, technologically advanced environment and gaining world class training and expertise.

Fluent (native level) written and verbal Swedish language skills and minimum B1 proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Good working knowledge of computers including MS Office, Internet applications etc, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience of working within a BPO or Contact Centre environment is advantageous but not essential.
