The company is providing Customer Service to the gambling industry in Cape Town, South Africa. Responsibilities

 

  • Responding to customer queries by phone, email and online chats
  • Processing and taking ownership of all incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment
  • Handling and taking full responsibility for customer related queries
  • Providing excellent customer service

 

Requirements

 

  • Native Swedish and fluent English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office: Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated quality orientation
  • Ready to relocate to South Africa
  • Must have full valid driving license
