Swedish Customer Support Consultant

We are looking for candidates with different backgrounds to expand their client's office in Lisbon. In your work as customer support Consultant, your work tasks will be to answer incoming calls and email. Language skills are the key in these positions and it is very important that the candidate in question has good Swedish and English knowledge. It would also be a great advantage if you are a person who quickly manages to get into new technologies.



  • Fluent in Swedish and English oral and written (mandatory)
  • Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with customer support will be a plus
  • Experience with using the MS Office suite, Outlook and Excel will be a plus
  • Can pick up new technology quickly
