The company provides high quality customer service via experienced agents who are trained to think, breathe and act in the benefit of our customer. Our agents are customer-oriented & know the difference between customer focus & satisfaction. This is crucial to our customer support ! We currently provide customer service via chat & mail.
- First of all we’ll start off with a training regarding to customer focus & satisfaction.
- After the training the agent will be coached at the job.
- We offer customer support during business days from 10 am till 12 pm.
- In the weekends we offer it from 1 pm till 12 pm.
- We’re looking for agents who speak and write the languages Swedish, English, Dutch and German fluently.
To work at the company you need to be :
