Swedish, English, Dutch and German speaking Customer Support

Job Description

The company provides high quality customer service via experienced agents who are trained to think, breathe and act in the benefit of our customer. Our agents are customer-oriented & know the difference between customer focus & satisfaction. This is crucial to our customer support ! We currently provide customer service via chat & mail.


  • First of all we’ll start off with a training regarding to customer focus & satisfaction.
  • After the training the agent will be coached at the job.

Opening hours

  • We offer customer support during business days from 10 am till 12 pm.
  • In the weekends we offer it from 1 pm till 12 pm.


  • We’re looking for agents who speak and write the languages Swedish, English, Dutch and German fluently.
