Swedish Server Support

Job Description

Requirements:

  • Written and oral fluency in English and Norwegian or Swedish
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Software: Microsoft OS, VMware and Linux
  • Industry Standard Servers / Server architecture
  • General computer hardware knowledge
  • Minimum two years of experience in a customer centred role
  • Ability to gauge customer ability and modify delivery skills accordingly
  • Analytical problem solving skills; linear and logical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to handle difficult customers effectively
  • Ability to set expectations and deliver information in a positive way
  • Adapts well to changing circumstances
  • Keen to develop, with an ability to learn quickly and adapt in a high change environment
  • Be able to work as part of a team
