Swedish Speaking - Customer Care Professional

Job Description

Swedish speaking Customer Service Representatives - We at Manpower are currently recruiting for Bilingual (Swedish and English speaking) Customer Service Representatives on behalf of our client, American Express. American Express is a world leader in charge and credit cards, travel, business services and travellers cheques. American Express has proudly grown into one of the World's most recognised and respected service brands.

Responsibilities could include: Responding to phone and email requests, invoice/charge details, cancelling cards, changes to company address, re ordering statements and delivering the business Relationship Care ethos throughout every interaction.
Handling complex issues via calls and emails that require patience, diligence and a Growth Mindset.
Building strong relationships between travel agents, client account managers, senior leadership and clients directly to ensure consistency and clarity on data and payment processes.

Successful applicants must;
