Swedish Speaking Customer Support - iGaming Industry in Gibraltar

Job Description

We are looking for Swedish speaking staff for sunny Gibraltar! Are you looking for a new challenge? Are you passionate about customer support, translation and casino? Then maybe you are the one we are looking for!

About the role:

Provide professional and exceptional support to our customers via email, telephone and chat about, for example, gaming issues, help with deposits, payment of winnings, etc.
Maximize membership retention by promoting various events, activities, bonus offers and so on.

Maximize revenue by offering relevant deposit methods

Translations for the support department and possibly other departments in the company as needed

Participation in projects when needed

Test new games, products and software as needed

As you have more experience, you may be asked to help train new colleagues
