Swedish Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Swedish Supervisor, with at least one years experience in team management, preferably within a contact centre, to lead this team of Swedish agents. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a truly global and contemporary business as an integral part of the core management team, influencing the direction and success of this brand new contract.

You will be responsible for the overall support and management of a team in Lisbon, within a target driven environment promoting motivation and positive team spirit.
Essential Skills:
  • Fluency in Swedish
  • A second language would be beneficial
  • Experience in team management
  • Technical Skills
  • Demonstrated experience of performance managing a team in an operational environment
  • Demonstrates ownership, & accountability to achieve deadlines & targets
  • Previous experience in a contact centre environment advantageous
