Work tasks

As a B2B technical support, your responsibilities are to help companies with their IT-related troubles. You get in contact with customers through Phone, Mail and Chat. As you are working for some of the most famous IT&Tech brands in the world, it’s important that you handle yourself professionally and that your mantra is Quality and Efficiency!

You’ll have to get used to working with the top-notch worktools that our client implement to give the best service to their customers! This will help you reach both your individual goals, as well as the companies goal.

You will be responsible for both documentation and quality reassurance, with many different tasks! Remember that an every customer is different, you will have to be flexible and be able to work with multiple tasks!


Who are you?

As a Technical support for the Swedish market, your oral and written skills must be at a native level.

You are customer-oriented, energetic and positive, with the ability to think analytically.

You’re motivated to grow as a person and to handle the customers with care and problemsolving!


What do we expect from you?

You can communicate well! Patience and openness is key factors to success in this job!

No prior experience is required, but experience within a service field, is a valuable competence in this work.

You know how to identify the customers issues and have the ability to react on the spot!

You have the ability to be flexible and to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
