Swedish Technical Customer Service (Audio)

We are working with a famous brand of high quality sound products. (Home audio system, speakers, noise cancelling headphones, professional audio system...)

We are looking for someone to provide excellent customer service and technical support for the customers, via email and phone. 
You will be the first contact for the customers for any request or query they might have, and your main tasks will be: 

-Answering customers calls and email in an efficient, professional manner
-Trying to solve the issue at the first contact, and clear any doubt
-Provide technical support, trouble shooting for most common products
-Escalate and transfer to level 2 service when necessary
-Keep updated the data base with customer information's
-Proactively maintain your knowledge on product and processes
