Swedish Technical Support Analyst

Job Description

Are you a Swedish speaker looking for adventure abroad? We are currently looking for Technical Support Analysts to join our partner in Dublin, Ireland. Our partner is a multinational company and one of the leaders in the industry.

The objective of the role is to resolve remote users’ IT problems by means of a first time fix or by dispatching for on site support.The Technical Support Analyst responds to clients requiring technical support via telephone, call handling systems or e-mail.


  • Answer contacts promptly and professionally
  • Log/Validate all contacts
  • Resolve customer problems using the relevant tools and systems
  • Work to achieve individual and team goals
  • To comply/complete desk specific or ad-hoc request/tasks
  • Protect confidential and sensitive information and materials
  • Accomplish other duties as required
  • Escalate tickets to escalation team for validation and further escalation.
  • Monitor ticket queues and handle tickets appropriately
  • Provide support to multiple desks
