Swedish Technical Support Representative

Job Description


A Swedish speaking Technical Support Representative is needed for an exciting role for a global provider of exceptional quality PC and tablet peripherals. This role takes you to Northern Ireland and the beautiful city of Belfast, offering a competitive salary of £15,000, higher than the national average, with the potential to bump this amount up to £17,500 with generous annual bonuses.

The Technical Support representative is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and technical support for the configuration and use of a range of well known branded products, including software application packages, hardware, operating system levels, and supported equipment. In a contact center environment, you will use computer based tools as well as your problem solving skills to identify, research, isolate and resolve customer issues.

Job Specification
