Swedish Technical Support Specialist (First level support)

Job Description

HR Globally Talent is an International Recruitment Agency based in Europe with representation worldwide and is now looking for a Technical Support Specialist (Level 1) who wants to join an exciting opportunity in Czech Republic.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

As a Technical Support Agent you will be the first point of contact for the end users through Calls, E-mail, Web, and Chat and you will resolve end users issues and requests at the first level. The duties to be achieved will be:

 

  • Diagnose end user issues and troubleshoot all technical issues
  • Respond to email tickets and phone calls to resolve inquiries
  • Replicate the problems in a test setup
  • Collaborate with all the support team and vendors

 

Skills:

 

  • Native or Fluent Swedish Speaker with Fluent English
  • Aptitude for troubleshooting technical issues
  • Good Customer Service Skills
  • Good Pc skills and IT background
