We are currently hiring for an entry-level position to become a Talent Acquisition Specialist (German or Dutch speaker).

We run an award-winning and paid Training Academy in Prague, where you will learn all the necessary skills to become successful and make a career. We run our Training Academy in Prague, so this is where your career with us starts. After achieving a certain level of performance you can choose between one of our offices in London & Portsmouth (UK) and Zug (Switzerland). We plan to expand and we aim to open more offices, for example in Germany.
What would you be doing?
In this position you are an essential part to help us achieve our big goal: we plan to increase NonStop's size threefold by 2019. This means that you will bring talented and ambitious people into our company. You administrate the whole recruitment process in advertising, sourcing and screening the candidates and also to provide them with feedback. Further on, you will be part of the Assessment Days and help to organise and plan them. This job requires communicating and negotiating on a daily basis with different kind of people. However, in the first months we will provide you with all the necessary skills you need in order to find suitable candidates. As a plus, you will see your successful candidates developing and growing in NonStop!
You don't need to have any experience in Sales or Recruitment but you have the following profile:
- Business level of English and German or Dutch
- Sales driven
- Quick learner and hard worker
- Motivated for success
- Ambitious to grow with the business and build long lasting career
