Team Leader (Dutch)

Do you have experience as Team Leader in a Contact Center ? Are you looking for a new challenge where you can develop yourself?

The Company

Our client is a Belgian BPO company with a new office in Barcelona. For their partner, an e-payment company, they are recruiting a native Dutch speaking team leader who will be in charge of the Customer Service Agents.

The Job

In this position you will manage the current Customer service team. Your main tasks are: 
-    Lead a team of 20 agents
-    Follow up on KPI’s and agents
-    Manage the contacts with the client 
-    Monitor SLA and produce statistical analyses of team activities
-    Follow up on system issues
-    Motivate, coach and inspire your team
-    Manage the workload planning 
-    Workforce management
-    Follow up the attendances, absences and hours of the agents
-    Ensure high level of service, efficiency and quality within the department

The Profile

-    Native Dutch speaker
-    Min. 1 year of previous experience as Team Leader in a Contact Centre
-    Excellent communication and leadership skills
-    Strong organization and analytical skills
-    Open-minded, flexible and strong team spirit
-    Ability to motivate your team and make your team grow professionally
-    Diplomat and ability to handle stress

The Offer

-    Salary in line with market conditions: 22.000€ gross/year
