Technical and Service Specialist Agent with Norwegian/Swedish/German

Job Description

REED is currently handling recruitment activities for our very large international client. The company is operating here in the Czech Republic and it is a very good employer. They have a multilingual & multinational operational support team here in Prague, and may potentially offer a very rewarding job opportunity for the right candidate. At the moment, we are looking for Norwegian, Swedish or German native speakers to join clients service team.


As a Customer Specialist you will be responsible for:

- providing administrative and customer service to the clients and also to your colleagues

- working within your team to ensure that the entire region you support is working effectively

- to receive and respond to all incoming queries via phone or email

-to investigate, capture and record all complex queries

processing orders, technical information, pricing, collection information on invoicing

-to manage your own business and clients independently

-administrative support and data processing



- experience from sales support, administration or customer service

- strong customer focus orientation

- knowledge of Excel and Word

- friendly, pleasant, and communicative personality

- advanced English skills + native Norwegian or Swedish or German



- professional training

Location: Prague

Starting date: Negotiable
