Technical Support Adviser (GE, DK, FR, NL, SW)

Job Description

Do you have previous experience in Technical Support or do you simply have interest and affinity with Technologies? Being internet technologies, computers or digital devices? Are you a problem-solver, patient and have good customer skills? We might then have the right job for you to take you a new adventure to Barcelona!

We currently have several job offers for well-known technology companies recruiting Technical Support Advisers to join their team in Barcelona.

In this role, you will be in charge of providing first line technical support to customers, identify their issues, provide solutions and ensure high level of satisfaction.

We are looking for open-minded and enthusiastic candidates to join one of these multinational companies!

Besides to being fluent in English, you must have a native level in one of the following language: German, French, Dutch, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish, Swedish, or Swiss German.
