Technical Support Advisor (m/f) Barcelona



Our client is one of the leading European service providers for Customer Management Solutions with more than 5.500 employees at 38 locations. As our client is a dynamic and successful company in constant growth people-s-place is looking for a Technical Support Advisor (m/f) for the attractive location in Barcelona.


Your Tasks:

  • Answer incoming customer queries (B2B + B2C) via telephone, e-mail, voicemail or other communication channels
  • Log call details into computer system
  • Provide response and resolution to customer
  • Solve requests that require a higher level of technical knowledge
  • Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress
  • Achieve an excellent customer satisfaction level




Your Profile:

  • Fluent in English
  • Native-level of one of the following languages: German / French / Swedish / Danish/Finnish/Norwegian/Dutch
  • Technical insight
  • Relevant peofessional experience
  • Teamplayer
  • Excellent communication skills as well as customer service skills
  • Willingness to move to the beautiful city of Barcelona
