Technical Support - System Administrator/Engineer (m/f)

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for Technical Support - System Administrators/Engineers (m/f)

with the following language combinations: English + German or French


Our client is a global provider of world class innovative, analytics-driven business solutions and services looking for Technical Support for the location in Sofia.



Main responsibilities:

- Provide end to end complex technical support to Backup and Recovery customer base through to resolution via telephone and email

- Ensure proper escalation procedures are followed for unresolved issues



Your Profile:

- Fluency in English (B2H)

- Fluency in one of the following languages: German / French (B2H)

- Good written and verbal skills

- Education: Technical degree preferred

- Experienced in supporting large enterprise customers

- Computer literacy, In-depth knowledge of Windows 2003 and 2008

- Extensive hands-on networking experience 

- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, domains and domain trusts as well as Widows Registry, Windows workstation and server, user profiles and security and server-based software

- Familiar with networking protocols and hardware, preferably with MC SE certification and 2012
- Ability to resolve problems systematically, efficiently and effectively
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills, and work well both independently and as part of a team
- Any combination of the following will be a plus : Oracle DB, Java, SMS, MS Exchange, MS SQL and/or UNIX
