Telecommunications Consultant (Dutch)

Job Description

The Company.

Our client is a Belgian BPO company with a multilingual office in Barcelona. For their partner, a well-known Belgian telecommunication company they are currently recruiting Dutch or Flemish native speakers for a Customer Service position in Barcelona.

The Job.

After a training the candidate will ensure Customer Support. The main tasks include:
– Provide information and advice users on appropriate action to solve issues
– Respond to incoming requests for assistance via phone or email
– Ensure quality service
– Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and record information
– Maintain client relationships through product support over the phone or chat

The Profile.

– You have a native level of Dutch/Flemish and a very good level English
– You have good communication skills
– You are a team player and open-minded
– You are enthusiastic and motivated
– You have an affinity to technology
– If you have previous call Center experience, it's a plus

The Offer.

– A salary of 1305 euros gross/month + performance related Bonus after 3rd month up to 250 euros + free Spanish classes
– Monday to Saturday: 9 AM – 9 PM (rotation shifts)
– 39 hours/ week or 32 hours/ week (with full-time training)
– Working in a nice and friendly environment
– Different from the usual Call Center environment

– Office located in Poblenou area
– 4 weeks training provided: 2 weeks at start and 2 weeks extra training after 2 months
– Start date: ASAP
