Tourism Hotel Adviser

They are currently looking for a French speaker to provide customer support while representing one the largest hotel chains. Your Challenge

Your mission will be to support travellers search, plan and book their hotel and ensure a worry-free and efficient travel experience. This will include advising customers on the selection and booking of their holiday and creating suitable offers based on the customer’s needs and desires. You will also be responsible for handling any inquiries or complaints efficiently and effectively. It will be your responsibility to manage any booking changes, amendments and any other requirements. Your Resume

•Fluency in French and a good level of English
•Great communication skills
