2015 is set to be the biggest year yet for Nigel Frank International and as a result of our ambitious growth plans an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our highly successful UK team based in our Head Office in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

 

What the role entails:

  • Business development to establish new business relationships
  • Advertising roles and processing applications
  • Selling and negotiation on multiple levels
  • Co-ordinating the recruitment process on behalf of candidates and clients

 

What we require:

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
  • Previous sales experience (not essential)
  • Strong communication skills, resilience and perseverance
  • A positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed

 

What we offer:

  • Competitive base salary (£16,000 - £20,000)
